The HOP training consists of three video-based courses, delivered across 13 modules, each building on the last to provide a progressive, in-depth understanding of key HOP principles. Together, they cover nine critical topics, helping organizations move beyond theory to real-world application.

  • Facilitated In-Person Training – Use the facilitator guide, PowerPoint deck, and participant workbook to lead engaging in-person sessions, from short lunch-and-learns to full-day workshops.
  • Blended Learning (eLearning with Facilitated Follow-Up) – Learners complete the video-based training and then participate in facilitated in-person or virtual debrief sessions to support discussion, reflection, and application.
