Because this is a limited-seat, in-person program and we commit to venue and production costs in advance, the following policy applies to all registrations.
*Refund Timeline
Refunds are based on the event start date (May 5) and the date we receive written notice of cancellation.
Before April 1, 2026
You will receive a 50% refund.
After April 1, 2026
Registration fees are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Transfers
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your seat to someone else at no additional cost. Just send us the new participant’s details in writing before the event begins.
Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
If we need to modify the schedule, venue, or speaker lineup, we reserve the right to do so.
If the event is cancelled by Catalyst Strategic Solutions, you will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions, venue closure, major travel disruptions) require postponement or changes, we will communicate next steps promptly and work toward a reasonable solution.
This price does not include travel or accommodation costs. We're happy to make some hotel recommendations if you need.
